Chat: adoption

Kim,
I got a thought about 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
Since your mother cannot handle Brad’s diabetes, and my 38-yr-old dau can’t
handle mine. Why don’t I adopt you as my surrogate daughter (you’re 38). It
should all equal out, don’t you think?

Hey, Jan, I like that idea!!!!! You could listen to all my fears and my new
findings and , not only act interested, you’d actually be interested!!! And
then you can tell people all about yours and Brad’s diabetes.

But don’t forget, I still have to get past, “Nobody cares to hear about you
