Chat - closets
I was told to not cut anything off abruptly. Wean yourself. That’s why I cut
to 1 Wellbutrin a day for a couple of years. Then for the last many months 1
everyother day.

Jan and Christine,
I think that is why we are in the shape we are, because we are
perfectionisht and like Jan said can’t live up to it. I am anyway, don’t
know about you two. It drives me crazy, but still don’t have the energy or
physical stamina to do anything about.

Yes Gail it does drive me crazy still, but not like before therapy. I now
realize
(most of the time) who I am is not dependant on how perfect or imperfect
things in my world are. I have driven myself nuts for toooooo long and I am
working on accepting me……imperfections and all!
