Gals w/lows & highs
Those of you who posted tonight that your fluctuating so much, I’m wondering if
it’s a Seasonal Phenomenon thing like I talked about a couple of weeks ago.
Allergy time and Autumn came today. Possible????

Jan,
I’m sure that is a possibility, but I don’t suffer from any allergies
except Penicillin. These fluctuations aren’t anything new for me. I do
really good for a while, and then BANG I run smack dab into that brick
wall! It doesn’t seem to follow too much of a pattern, at least not
that I have noticed yet.
I know that my record keeping has not been good for the last couple of
months. If I work harder to keep better records, there may be a pattern
that shows up. I downloaded a freeware program for tracking bg and
insulin with graphing. It’s a cool program, I just need to sit down and
use it.
I have a question about menstrual cycle and bg. Are your bgs supposed
to be at their lowest during your period and then go up suddenly at the
end? Or, are they at their highest and then go back down afterwards?

Allergies meaning the new-onset fall pollens. Sept. USED to be terrible for
me until I turned 60!!! (Maybe I’m growing up?) I only had 1 allergy pill
this year. I’d have sneezing fits 7-9 in a row and almost choke to death.
