I’m sick and tired of fighting with everybody here at work.
Sick and tired of watching only crime and violence on TV News.
Sick and tired of having to worry about medical bills.
I’ve just received a letter from my medical aid, stating that my self
managed benefits has run out and I owe them R2,500. ($500)
That is TWICE my monthly take home pay.
I’ve had a fight with one of my colleagues, deleted his porn files on
the PC but by rights I’m not allowed to as we share this PC and
these were files that he has downloaded from a porn list- as he
said, what he wants to download is his own business.
My course files gets deleted from the PC as “it takes up too much
space”. Inspirational screensavers and/or Backgrounds (wallpaper)
gets replaced by trash and porn and a big moan goes up whenever
I replace my own stuff.
My foreman and shift colleague book overtime and never work it,
they have tried to involve me into their scheme but I stick to my
principles and book real time worked. For this they victimize me.
The week before last I had to work completely on my own for two
days as my foreman was on leave and the other person in the
office, the acting foreman did not come to work.
Something went wrong and I had to take the blame for something
that the foreman had to do and I was found guilty of “gross
negligence” at a disciplinary inquiry and given a final warning.
I had to do three jobs simultaneously, be outside in the plant,
supervise loading and do the computer inputs of two people.
I’m not allowed working overtime, ‘coz I don’t have blue hair an’
curly eyes. The other chap in the office boasts an average of 85
hours overtime a month (mostly NOT worked).
I get told by my manager that I’m NOT allowed eating on shift
’cause I work SHIFTS and don’t get off for eating. Of course I do
NOT abide by these rules and eagerly awaits my summons for an
inquiry.
Do you blame me for having high BG & B/P???
Maybe I should complain less.

You might be glad to know that my BG has dropped to 10.1mmo/l
due to dr Jan’s AND everybody else’s constant faffing, I have taken
some more Actrapid…standby for the big THUD!!!!

I know that when my BG’s are really high, I feel really crappy, irritable and

I’m glad that you are working to bring down your BG. 181 is a step in the right
direction. After being so high for so long, it is uncomfortable to bring it
down
to normal in one step. You will feel hypo even with a BG
keep from feeling low while bringing it down, do it gradually over the period of
several days to a week or so. That gives your body the opportunity to adjust.
Just don’t take it too low!

I’m just my sweet, charming self!

WOW! You are having a tough time. I know when finances aren’t going well how
stressed I become. No matter how many times I try to put it out of my mind it
is always right there!
You just continue to enjoy your inspirational things on the PC. I would hate
to share with a Porn freak. You do have a lot to contend with. What would
happen if you let it be know to the bosses that the other worker wasn’t there
and you accepted blame that did not belong to you? I suppose I already know
the answer to that.
Are there no other job opportunities close by? I wish I had answers for you
but I don’t. I can listen though!

I did not voluntary accept blame, I was blamed ’cause I was the
only one there and the bosses know that the other person wasn’t
there, only, he has blue hair an’ curly eyes.
No other job opportunities, I unfortunately have no trade, only a
diploma in Computers. I wish I could go back to the coast, my
wife’s asthma also aren’t so bad there as up here in Northern Natal.
