Talking about stress….how are you doing Christine or should we be
asking your kids? Are you ok. I have not heard from you today to know
if you made it throughthe day. I would like to convey my concern for you
Jan also. I know you forget about yourself when your kids are hurting no
matter how old they are. You must also take care of yourself for them.
It is a stressful period and you must eat and take your meds. We are all
keeping you in our prayers and thoughts. Every little twinkle in the sky
is a message goingup for you and our friends. Just look up at see all
the hope and prayers said in your behalf. We are all there for you.
Also Marius this is for you.l.I think your life is a can of worms. I
have been there at work where you are put on the hard spot. Stick to
your guns and do what is right. If you given in you will not be able to
live with yourself and it will come back to haunt you. I finally had to
talk to my boss about some of the things that was bothering me. I am
there and she is gone. I am less stressed out and glad that I spoke out.

I am not saying you should put your job on the line but I do feel that
you need to know that you can vent to us. I had to vent to my friends
here or I would have gone crazy. Just remember that you are a great guy
with lots to offer so keep that chin up. That goes for all of you out
there. This is a support group and I am proud to be part of it. We goof
off and joke but when the road gets tough I know that we are there for
    each other. Becki

    Very nicely said, Becki!
As far as the smoking is concerned I am a failure. I have cut way back.just
can’t give them up completly at this point. I will be going to a stop smoking
program as soon as the instructor and I can stop playing phine tag and speak
    to each other!
Next week I will be going to NY to visit my Mom and she is on oxygen 24/7 so
I think I will buy the patch. It is very expensive but in the long run it
will be cheaper than buying cigarettes.
    Have a wonderful day,

    Christine

    You’re a failure at SMOKING???
I’ve seen a lot of people smoking in my life…NOT a pretty sight.
The person must be almost completely burnt out to give off some
smoke….OK OK…an attempt at some black humor.
    (no pun intended on “black”)
As for the “suckers” busy sucking away at the end of a cigarette,
I wish you could see just what you’re doing to your lungs, no joke.
I have often attended autopsies and the doctor always pointed out
that the bodies with the black “macadamized” lungs were smokers.
My mother just phoned me, seems like her sugar is all under
control. 5mmol/l isn’t bad for her and I think this is a case of like

We’re getting a new manager and I sure hope that this one will be a
bit different than the previous one.
Jan, you tell your son to hang in there, we all are thinking of him
and hoping that he will be up soon.
