chat: dinner time
Maybe Marius doesn’t realize it was a nap - not bed rest. Hugsband just
called from his truck and will be home in about an hour. It’s dinner time
and he’ll be home for the weekend. He said he’s doing find. Guess he wasn’t
crying much today. Probably got his stitches out, though.
That nap was good and needed. Had an ice bag on my lower back then and
traded it for the other one as I sit here for relief.

Why so high. Do you feel awful? I haven’t experienced these king of numbers.
(Thank God) Does this only happen on insulin dependent?

Then un-stress. Listen to Chopin or Beethoven.
