Climbin’ outta holes and other stuff

I climbed outta my hole. Had to catch up (ketchup) on phone calls and
e-mails since I’ve been gone so much this week. Someone asked how it feels
to be 414. I really didn’t notice except being so tired. However figured
that was coz of the stress and lateness of the week. Was surprised when I
read it. The nap was necessary (1.5 hrs was good). E-mail is more relaxing
to me than music coz I get to laugh. I took 2 extra units at lunch and don’t
like to bring it down to quickly.
Marius, next time only take 4u of fast-acting to bring you down since you
don’t like 80 dl/ml. Be sure to have a snack of cheese or something that is
not simple carbs - complex carbs with protein is best.
It’s 9:40 p.m. here now and I’m 86 — grrrreattttt!! Am I outta the
doghouse now?? I don’t feel that much diff than did at 414. No brain, no
pain, no sense, no feeling.

Jan, you’re 86 and still feeling great, that’s SUPER!!!
other people your age would just go sit down and do nothing.
I’m not NEAR 86 yet (will be 42 next year) and I don’t feel as great
    as you do.
You sit and laugh at your PC???
