Christine and all,
Had a rough week emotionally and now trying to relax and catch up on
the email. I dropped a couple of personal letters and wrote a couple to
the group today. My sugars were quite good this week except for Friday.
STRESS CITY at work. I work with the boys and girls club so working with
kids, parents, administration, and co workers can take its toil. I had
the club paper to get out with about 8 kid staff on Friday. Stress plus
family concerns so my sugars last night were 220. High for me and so was
my bp. But this morning it was much better. Far from perfect but down
to 141. I was happier about that. Talked to my oldest in DC and she is
doing well. Said it was getting colder. My youngest is still in bed so
have not figured out how to send pictures on the net yet. This web,
Connie , is real trying. I sure feel dump. Not sure how the forward
works…etc. I can not delete like I use to and every so often delete
when I do not want to. Now I sound like Marius…woooeee isa me. Well,
will continue reading and may answer more later. Need to do that
…….wash. It just builds up whether I want it to or not.
Hugs,,,Becki

Yup, It just keeps piling up whether we have time for it or not! I hope you
can relax and let go of some of the stress. Don’t feel dumb about the
computer. You are not alone! I can’t figure out very much either. Every now
and again I can do something but can never repeat it!!!
