HELP
Can someone please help me with some info.
I would like to create a spreadsheet with a graph for a daily BG
reading over a period of a month.
I would like to know what should be entered and the hours, eg
every 4 hours or 6 or 12. Also, the minimum and maximum reading
for the American standard.
Suggestions will be appreciated.

I’m baaaaaaccckkkk
Too scared to take a BG after that all-you-can-eat b’day meal for the 2
guys, so I’ll read e-mails and post instead.
I have a friend who made a graph with 31 days across and 24 hours down -
military times. OUR Dr. said he couldn’t read it and it upset Sam. I said,
“Sam, I can’t read it either!” it was highly ridiculous.
That’s all the help I can contribute, graphically speaking.

Marius, you need to set it up for your schedule…eating, sleeping,
exercise, illness, etc. When do you prick? Before or after you eat
before and after you exercise. I understand that US measurement should
ideally be between 80 and 120. Really I like it closer to 100 but that
is hard. Are you doing one for yourself or the active group? Sounds
like a fun activitiy. Becki

I would like to do this for the group, anyone with MS EXCEL…
Was thinking in the line of a monthly or weekly thing with three
glucose readings per day, not too complicated.
Also I’m not so clued up with the “IF” “AND” & “WHEN” formulas in
EXCEL, for those who know a bit about this will appreciate that it’s
worse than learning Greek!!
Something that’ll give a graph of 3 daily glucose readings over a
period of about a month….IDEA…YOU tell me what YOU’D like and
I’ll see if it’s possible..
I have drawn one up for myself long ago at this work PC before I
had one at home, hard drive crashed and no more info….

Iris,
I have noticed that everytime I get something from the list, then it
comes as a duplicate message but from individuals I get single
messages. Can something be done about it?
Maybe by some remote chance I’ve subscribed twice?
