Ingredients.
700mlSelf Raising Flour
5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
10ml Cinnamon
10ml Mixed Spice
500mlGrated Carrot

Wow, what a pic of whassis name!! Hope mine turns out that well. He really
has lost weight and I notice his hair is a little lighter. Probably due to
aging.
BTW - I’m having e-mail problems again. If you don’t hear from me awhile,
that’s it!! 8^ (

How does one plan a quiet week? I always plan it, but the best laid plans
often go awry (Shakespeare). My back (from my fall, that is) is doing great.
When that bladder infection started I have been awakened about 3:00 each
morning with pains in my side/back (didn’t wanna say backside to confuse
Marius). I roll over to get relief and none. I’m in pain for a couple of
hours. This a.m. I dampened a handtowel, put it in a zipper-type bag and
nuked it for 22 secs. Laid on it and was able to get rest then. I tossed a
cookie after getting up. Probably ’cause the antibiotic I’m taking says to
take w/food or milk. I had about 3.5 ozs milk and probably wasn’t enough 8^

I felt absolutely lousy until about 2:00 p.m. Feel pretty decent now. I’m
just a baby - have my days and nights mixed up and Marius expects me to keep
up with his schedule. I was able to get in a transplant chat last night (no
e-mail) and learned I may be too old for pancreas - the limit for some is

I went to the archives to catch up on what I missed. NO October 30 messages came
to me AT ALL!! E-mail server was down!! I saw Marius welcome LaNette even
before her message was posted (WOW = you taking my w.O.w.?)
Anyhow, LaNette, if you mail in again I can send you a repeat of a large dessert
in time for T’giving. Welcome, and I believe there are men who remain quiet on
this list, but we do have one very active Pinocchio dude. You’ll have to figure
out whom.
SIR Marius, you finally caught my IQ???? I wondered why you ignored that?!

got home from evening church service and it took almost 15 min. to download
