I CAN explain.
We had a min..milen..milln..year 2000 show at the Newcastle
showgrounds and there was a farmer who bragged that his camel
could drink a whole bottle (king size) of Coke in 3 seconds flat. He
challenged ANYBODY to better this camel’s time, I felt that this
man should be brought down to earth, especially when he said that
in all the years that he has toured the country only one person
could do it. I took him up on the challenge and in front of the home
crowd I made a fool of his camel…TWO AND THREE QUARTER
SECONDS!!!
A bit of cheating on my part actually, it was plastic bottles, I
squeezed mine to get it out quicker…the camel couldn’t…
My daughter also saw her hero, GIANT, an almost seven foot
gladiator (are you familiar with gladiators?) Before the time I printed
on her T shirt, “I LOVE GIANT” and they loved it, will send a pic if
them.

Hi Marius,
i woke with this terrible cough so thought that I would get up and
take some meds and see ifyou were up. You see it is 4 in the morning EST
so all really should be in bed sleeping except maybe you. I have been
thinking about getting some of the computer material that you put into
your printer to make t-shirt transfers. Did you do you print on the
scanner changing things and then use the infor mation to transfer to the
transfer paper or did someone do it professionally for you? I was going
to buy the program to do it but was told at the store that I could do it
just using a scanner or any of the clip art or card programs that I have
at home to make the transfer myself. I have not attempted yet but have
been thinking about it for Christmas presents next year. I am all put
done for this year. Also I was wondering how you stop the mail from the
list while you are out of town. I may be coming to Minnesota for a quick
trip to see family the end of the month. I would hate to come home to 500
emails. Does anyone on the list know how to do this?
Did you know that Christine is smoke free. We are so proooud of her.
She had to stop for a test and is trying to quit now. I know that that
has to be very difficult for her but all the more power to her. We just
have to keep encouraging her. It will be the best for her and her
family.
` Well, I guess i will watch a little Perry Mason and try to fall back to
sleep for a little while. I think I have stopped coughing now for a
while. Hate to put my head on the pillow and the sinuses drain and I
wake up Craig;;;very frustrating. Take care…Becki

Hi Becks,
good to hear a FRIENDLY voice in the darkness of hostility…(lol)
I did all the stuff on MS Word first and pasted a picture of a teddy
onto the page and simply printed the whole thing on VERY
expensive transfer paper.(more than $6-00 for an A4 sheet)
It can also be done on a bitmap ( .bmp ) on MS Paint.
The transfer then gets ironed onto the shirt.
Unfortunately I don’t have a scanner (yet) and have to do everything
the difficult way!! LOL
You can make beautiful transfers with just MS Word and clipart.
When I go on vacation I’ll have to unsubscribe from the list and re-
subscribe when I get back, I HAVE to do it that way or I’ll cause
our server to crash here at work with all the nagmail from Jan…:-)
Christine has a lot of GUTS and I think she’ll make it, fortunately I
have never even TRIED smoking and I won’t try now…mommy said
I’m too young for that.
Greetings
Marius
