Hi all
I once said that I can turn my feet 180 degrees back, well here’s
the proof!!!
Please, this is NOT computer magic but for real.
The waterfall is one very near Newcastle and is spectacular when
the river’s in flood.

Yesterday when I got home my wife told me that the owner of the
lodge/B&B that’s being built across from us, wants us to design
and print their business cards.
Things are beginning to look good on the printing side, my only
concern is what would happen if the PC crashes or something
goes wrong. We’ll HAVE to get a new bigger and FASTER PC if
this has to be a success and use the present one as a backup.
My wife was against a PC and also against a new one but she’s
gradually beginning to see the benefits and she even started to
help with the more finer work on the cards.
I think all this and my mom’s situation elevates my BG
tremendously. This morning I’ve given myself a double shot of
Actraphane, will have to check regularly to avoid a hypo.
I do not even feel like eating today, will see what the day brings.
Have a nice day….somewhere else.

Hey Marius, you have had alot of emotional things going on the last few
weeks and you seemed to have handled it very well. You just make sure to
take care of yourself. It is wonderful about you and Wendy’s new adventure,
I think when things are meant to be then the door opens for you. I will
continue my prayers for a very special family from the Darkest of Africa!!!
Even though you guys are so far away it seems like you are just next door.
That is how I feel about everyone on this list. That is soooo

This is really sounding good, Marius. Before you know it you just might be
able to give up your ISCOR job. Wouldn’t that be wonderful?
Take care of yourself. I don’t know how insulin works but I know you will be
doing the right thing. All kidding aside, I know you do the best you can.

Howdy Marius! Sorry to hear about your dau’s bike. The same happened to
me as a kid. The worst thing was I thought I recognized parts of it in a
neighbor family’s garage … the kids denied it of course … I’ll never
know. Oh well.
And your poor mom’s “hospitable” treatment. Ughh! That is sooo
frustrating. Even here it is best to have a friend or family member by
your side during a hospital stay. Not only to guard against abuse, but
stupid errors as well. Not enough people are waking up to the fact that
they need to manage their own health care - ask questions - don’t be
intimidated by docs. Did you know it was recently reported here that
hosiptal errors are something like 6th major cause of death?

Hi,
I’ve been missing talking to all of you, seems like everything’s
working against me nowadays. Either this ISP’s slow again or you
don’t want to nag me anymore!!
Some good news, VERY soon I will be able to send some photo’s
about our beautiful country to the list if our moderator will allow
such non topical stuff.
I’ll send a pic of a few grains of sugar also just to keep it topical,
OK Iris? My wife has bought me a scanner and I’m should be as
happy as a dog with ten tails.
I’m listening to a few very nostalgic songs on the radio (Bee Gees)
these songs put me in a somber mood especially with my BG
being 25mmol/l again and thoughts going through my head like
crazy. Missing my son, missing my dad, missing all my friends
that gave their lives for a lost cause.
Feeling very DEP.
Marius.

Don’t stay down too long Marius…..Linger on the good memories a bit and
start wagging those ten tails! You have lost so much and I can only imagine
how hard it gets. There just might be times when you can’t help but feel
down. I just hope it doesn’t last too long. I say a prayer for you.

Marius,
I can never figure out if you are on when I am, but I guess you will get
this anyway.
The pics sounds lovely and I am glad you got a scanner.
For the other, maybe you should pick a more up group to listen to. I know
music affects my mood. If I have something up beat, I am more productive
and up myself.
