I , I mean ANONYMOUS, have learned an invaluable lesson with this post. I
thought (I mean, Anonymous thought) deleting unnecessary messages may speed
up e-mail characters through cyberspace. Well, this post showed me (I MEAN
ANONYMOUS) that I can’t ( I mean . . .) do that because a certain gentleman
from SA rearranges my ( I . . . ) posts!! Anononymous now no longer has the
original. 8^(

I’m giving reports on this thread (rope!!) to my hugsband while he’s
showering. I said, “You know I don’t take that antidepressant any more,
don’t you?” He said, “Yeah, you just take internet.”

Jan, I tried to take your advise and called my endo because of the
elevated sugars and the cold that i am having I thought that he was the
one to prescribe something for the sore throat etc. I got his nurse and
she said that my insurance is only for endo reasons and I had to go to my
primary who now has not seen me for 3 years knows nothing about my case
etc. for help. I am stubborn and decided I would wait for my doc.
appoint with the endo on tuesday and while I am there I will ask him for
help. I can not believe that he will turn me down then. So now I will
continue to doc. over the counter and suffer with this sore throat/at
least no fever. My sugars have been just over 150 and it is upsetting
me. I try to hard to keep them under 150. It really is wrecking my
average. I really hate it besides I know it is not healthy. Well, I
tried. Also will take the flu shot on Tuesday. I will be going to
Minnesota 11-22 throught 11-27 so if you would put me on no mail Iris
during that time i would appreciate it. If there is anything good that
you don’t want me to miss please email me privately at Becra@….
Also if I am ill you will know because I will have my daughter here at

As for the higher blood-glucose levels, I always inject extra quick acting
insulin until the level comes down to a more-normal range.
As I have just undergone a severe cold/flu condition, I was injecting up to
double the usual amount of insulin and even then, my readings were too high.
If you have a cold or flu, your doctor may not let you have the flu shot.

Wally, got your message about the tapes will send the one you need back
as soon as it arrive. Also I do not use a reader yet except the on that
is on zoom text when my eye is really tired. I usually use zoom text to
read everything myself. My sugars are a little better and my throat
seems to be better. I tried to get an ok from the doc. but the nurse was
not corperating with me so now I guess it is up to me to see how I feel
Tues morning to see if I take the shot or not. Well, must run…tired
and need rest to feel better. Becki
