recipe re-run 7-Layer Ribbon Salad

Due to the *snipped* post below and we have several new members since I
posted the7-Layer Ribbon Salad Recipe, I’m rerunning it.
“I do well most of the time but get out of control often. Evenings are
really a tough time for me. I try to have one
or two snacks. I also eat frozen diet pop ice cubes. I can’t sit and watch
TV but sometimes just go to bed very early. You might call it white knuckle

There will be a LOT of tempting foods next week on USA tables, this is
BEAUTIFUL and tasty. Makes 20 servings. (ONLY 16 calories per 1/2 C.
serving - taking seconds wouldn’t be that harmful.)
7 LAYER RIBBON DESSERT
Yield: 20 1/2-cup servings (16 calories) Considered a Free Food to have 1-2
per day.

Allow 30-45 minutes for each layer to set, in a 9″X13″ CLEAR glass dish.
CLEAR LAYERS of Sugar-Free Jell-O:
Triple Berry
Lime
Orange
Raspberry
CREAMY LAYERS of Sugar-Free Jell-O
Cherry
Lemon
Strawberry
For the 4 CLEAR layers, mix
1 - package sugar-free gelatin dissolved in
3/4 - cup boiling water, then add
3/4 - cup cold water
For the # CREAMY layers, mix
1 - package sugar-free gelatin dissolved in
1/2 - cup boiling water, then addd
1/2 - cup cold water
1/2 - cup Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk
Mix one layer at a time, alternating clear and creamy. BE SURE to let set
before adding next layer. Cut into 20 squares. Serve on lettuce leaf. Top
with 2 TBS FREE Cool Whip.
If you’re really creative, let set in 20 clear parfait glasses — tilted as
each layer sets, ending with last layer in upright position.
