Hey, what works for you works. Nutrition is changing so fast, what the
heck is “right” anymore. What is “right” is where you get the results
you want with a diet you can live with.

Which brings to mind situations like Iris (27 yrs T-I), Gail LPN (42 yrs
T-1), Wally (55 yrs T-I), Karyd (29 yrs T-I), moi (49 yrs T-I) and others
with decades of T-I; PLEASE, you others, do not lament a 138 BG. If we T-1’s
could have maintained that, some of us would be much better off over the
years. We should have been so fortunate to go that *high.* I have been over
600 and would not doubt (if tested) at one time or other each of the
aforementioned has reached an unacceptable BG at one point.
I cried because I had no shoes until I saw a man who had no feet.

Hi Iris,
I have a problem that you may be able to help with.
As you likely know by now, I am blind and use a speech synthesizer to read
my screen with.
I cannot simply scan the messages quickly as a person with sight could do so
this means having to read (listen) to a lot of unnecessary verbiage before I
know if the messages is directed to me or not.
I would like to stay on this list but I simply cannot take the amount of
time needed to scan each and every message in this way to locate a message
directed to me.
Is there any way of having the responder to my message (s) to simply enter
my name “Wally” in the subject line so that I can reply to that message only?
Or do you have any other ideas.
If this flow of messages continues, I will have to drop this list.
Also, I have noticed that there seems to be some duplication of messages and
it seems as if some people write many messages on the same day.
Any suggestions?
Blessings, Wally.
