venting
The company that I work for, ISCOR has just donated a R30million
(US$5million) training facility towards “black empowerment”
The training facility in Newcastle was handed over at a function
attended by education and community dignitaries from Gauteng
and Kwa Zulu Natal. The FOOD alone for this function amounted to
R1million or US$ 166,667-00.
Every day thousands of children of ALL races goes hungry in our
country - MAY THESE “DIGNITARIES” CHOKE IN THE CAVIAR!!
Donations from ISCOR thus far this year amounts up to R53million
(US$9million)
Iscor CANNOT give any of their employees any bonus or increase
in salary, as they are pleading poverty but whenever it comes to
brownnosing with the government or management giving
THEMSELVES bonuses or increases, money is in abundance.
People are being retrenched daily by ISCOR, some of them even
committing suicide.
Forgive me for being cynical…
Have a nice day….somewhere else.

Does someone out there still have the original VENTING post I yelled at Gail
with not too long ago? Would you resend it and just add DITTO to it.
Gail, darling (pun intended) if you quit venting then I will feel soooooo
guilty when I vent and whine causing me to go back into depression and those
pills. Don’t do that to me. Marius is already depressing me. Is there a
depressed@onelist.com? I’ll have to join. Or maybe we should start a
venting@onelist.com. Will that ease your mind? No, since this list is
already here and we sometimes vent, and we *know* each other better and
better, this is the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jan,
You know I don’t think I ever got that post before. Did you send it to me
before today.
I am worried about you, sounds like you might be getting a little excited,
is BG up? Also, watch those pain pills, I know you need them, but if you
get up in the middle of the night they could make you dizzy and fall. So
always set on the side of the bed for awhile and hold on to something when
getting up.
Take care,
Gail

Gail,
I agree with the list that venting is something we all have done on
it. It does not matter how many times because if you need it we are
always here to listen. I think I have done my share ofventing and if
nothing else once it is written down i can deal with it better. Putting
your frustration into words can be very theraputic. It makes you face
things. I feel that facing things is one of the first steps of working
out of the depression that we all fall into. If you stay in that state
you will never get better. It is hard enough to deal with the disease
everyday of our lives let alone have to deal with all the complications.
I have never had shingles but my grandfather did and he had to shave his
hair off to keep the meds on his head. It must be terrible. My thoughts
and prayers are with you always. Becki
