I sit here connected to this little box that is the size of 7/8″ stack of
business cards with 42″ of very thin tubing automatically infusing
instant-acting insulin (Humalog) into me allowing me to live a freer life
with more flexibility while I sit at a keyboard watching a monitor and
messages are going to South Africa and back instantaneously (sometimes
