Jan,
I didn’t sleep much at all last night…I don’t know why. It was good for my
BG though! It was 114 this morning at 5:00 when I got up for the day. It has
been 121-141 since my cardio tests.
Maybe it was that Dude in SA! I am glad no one is upset though.
You have a wonderful Thanksgiving also. I am very thankful God has given me
the opportunity to improve my health. I am thankful for my cyber family on
this list!
