State. I live in N.C. right now becasue I am here with my husband who is a
Marine stationed here but we are both from California originally
DX. I think it was 1973 or 1974 but I’m not sure all I know is that I was
about 3 or 4 yrs old when I was diagnosed
Type. I am a type 1 diabetic

Isn’t there a doctor or hospital records that would have your DX date?
You’ll need that in 26-27 years to get your 50-year medal from Joslin
Clinic. HEY, you can get a 25-year certificate NOW. But you have to have
proof of date.

Yes, the hospital in Merced, California where I was diagnosed might have a
record of it.

State - Indiana (sometimes Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and
Texas)
Initial DX - 12/97 as Type 2
*Correct DX - 2/14/98 as Type 1
Spouse - Irv also diabetic
DOB - 3/18/66
State - the same
Daughter - Julianne
DOB - 1/4/96
DX - Hopefully never!!!!
