testing Jan
We went to the hosp. at the appointed time. They asked what procedure I was
having. I said I did not know - I had asked and they just said be there at
11:00. The lady asked when my surgery was - was the lab work done. I said I
was going through testing to get listed for a kptx. She said she needed
help. Came back and told me to go to window #4. I did and that lady asked
why I was there. (duh)
Then she left and came back and said you are having carotid artery ultra
sound and instructed us where to go. I get lost SO easily so made sure Mr.
Jan followed the green stripe like she said. We got in the elevator and I
had no clue what floor. (duh)
Had the easy 20-30 min. procedure and the gal said, “You’re done.”
(results will be at heartologist’s Friday)
About 3:00 p.m. the hosp. called. The gal said, “Did you know you were
to have a leg ultrasound today?” “No.” She called because I didn’t show up
and wondered where I was.
I’m going for that Wed. noon. I told her they told me nothing and my
hugsband took off work to go with me. She said that is unnecessary and told
me what they would do. It will take about 1-1.5 hrs.
Wouldn’t that have been easy in the first place for SOMEONE to tell me
what to expect, etc.????
I feel pretty decent today. Sorry I was unable to attend church AGAIN
yesterday. Ol’ devil don’t want me there.
