bead bust

Sunday, April 23rd, 2006

Now that we know everyone in their right mind is okay, how are the beads? I
can imagine a package broke open and seed beads everywhere. They don’t grow
bigger ones. ;) Jan, ol’ beady

!! Gail

Sunday, April 23rd, 2006

Sorry Gail : )
Hubby let me off my leash to go bead shopping last Saturday, (I spent $90.00
and got 15 tubes of seeds in Luster colors!! (think Jewel Tones : ) and on
my way home an older lady hit me head on. It was her fault, I had right of
way. No one was hurt. (TG) And since then, life has sort of caught up with
me again… If you don’t hear from me for awhile its one of two things…I’m
busy w/ kids and life junk, or I’ve got my migraines back. My last headache
was two days ago, and I’m certain they are triggered by working on this
puter w. poor lighting. : (
But I’m here, I’m reading most of everything…
And of course I’ll tease M in a heartbeat if he leaves himself open ; )
Thank you for thinking of me : )
Babs : )

Jan’s report

Saturday, April 22nd, 2006

Gail,
Seven showed up for the TM meeting. My heart just wasn’t in it. Mr. Jan met
me there and had to leave early but was able to get a 5-7 minute speech in.
I go to the heartologist at 10:30 tomorrow.
I think the reason for the quietness on the list has to do with that hacker
problem. I just got 6 messages from my sis-in-law who sent duplicates (12) a
couple of days ago. I see some of my messages still have not come through on
this list. I saw a reply from someone and I never saw the original post.
Also, as far as Marius goes, I realize he is at work and must make a
living - therefore, that *should* take precedence and if they have a project
or something for him to do, he is interrupted and we’ll hear later.
One of the *unfairnesses* of life: When raising a family the youngsters take
out the trash. Now that I’m here alone most of the time and in pain, I have
to gather the trash and haul it out myself!! 8^(

M’s ptuiiii’s & Hellpp, LISA Word

Wednesday, April 19th, 2006

M is hissy-fittin’ ’cause he can’t open Becki’s post.
BUT, Lisa Word, HELLLLLPPPPP!
I’m getting the same thing when I open it and it shuts me down. How can I
uninstall it and forget that *convenience*? A large *player*-type thingy
pops up on the screen and asks me q’s. It has tabs and red letters and I
think green stuff, etc. Then another grey rectangle comes on in front of
that and asks something about continuing or help. I have to trick it to be
able to delete these posts. I was able to get all M’s stuff the way he sent
it and someone has figured out to send it that way when the time arises.
This ol’ lady just doesn’t want more problems than she already has. Thanks
for your efforts.

I’M BACK

Monday, April 17th, 2006

Hi all, sorry for that little interruption but quack said to stay at
home.
Our country is experiencing the worst floods in 40 years, I’ve seen
on TV that the whole area that we have been on vacation is under
water, all the bridges in the KNP are washed away and more rain is
expected.
My neighbor from across the road, died in an accident in town this
morning, he was 29 and they have a 6 month old baby….no
insurance…
I feel OK, just a bit of headache with sinusitus but it’ll pass…I hope!
