Hi Karen and Jan

Welcome Karen and I second anything Jan said. I am a diabetic type I for 43
yrs and on a pump for 18yrs. And have learned alot off this group. So ask
away.
Jan, how have you been feeling the last few days. You have been posting,
but not how you are feeling. I hope your pain is down. I have to take Glory
to the vet for her shots today. It upsets me, just like taking one of my
kids. I try to be extra nice to her and get her something afterwards. She
does not like going to the vet, but is so brave and good. I will be gone
for awhile, but back later. All take care.

    That fall 9/23 (mine - 4 days b4 son’s) really did a number on me. I can
really feel the neck pain when my BG is low. I’m starting to recognize that
as a symptom. Usually I’m cooking (time to eat) and with my head bent to
stir, turn, prepare, etc., my neck gets to me. Sometimes I think I’ll
scream. Then I notice when I’ve eaten and BG up better, the pain isn’t
intense. Go figger. My lower spine really gets stressed from the fall -
that’s where I landed first. Of course, that foot-in-the-sink episode didn’t
help any. ;) The passenger seat in the van is not comfortable for me. Good
thing I like to drive. That seat is great.
I’m sure Glory can sense your *upsetness.* Dogs - especially trained ones -
have that uncanny sense. Just remember the shots are for her best. Perhaps
you could stay out of the room when she gets them, therefore, won’t be
involved. Think of your own stress too. It would probably be better for
    Glory AND you. 8^)
I’m going to go get a 2nd opinion on that a/c.

    Later,
    Jan
