Gail, share it with the group. The cake sounds delightful and easy.
Always need good ideas that I can cook with the children at the club and

    This is the low fat cake recipe some of you requested. The original recipe
    called for pie filling (since it was for low fat only), but I have used the
    pineapple and peaches in there own juices.
    use any kind of Angle food cake mix, and 16 0z. of any
    of the following. CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, CHERRY PIE FILLING, APPLE PIE
    FILLING, PEACH PIE FILLING , or I have been using those little hunts
    snack cups of diced peaches, they are 4 oz each and all 4 come out to the 16
    oz it calls for. I bake it at 350* for 25 min then turn it down to 300*
    for 20 min. The pie fillings may take an extra 5 min.at 300* for they will
    be soggier when done than the plain fillings which are more moist.

    Is this prepared in a bundt pan, round layer pan, or 9×13 flat pan?
