we’re back
We arrived back home from Indy just a few minutes ago. It was absolutely
perfectly-gorgeous weather. I had to apologize to Gail for being so tall
(5′6″). Funny, at one of my EPO injections they measured me and I have lost
an inch. For years I was 5′7″!
I tossed every cookie in me at 12:30 a.m., 1:45 a.m., and 2:30 a.m. last
night. It was awful and I told my hugsband that I was going to Indy anyway.
It took me a little extra time to get there. We were only 20 minutes late to
our D.E.C. meeting, but still was able to give my report. I have a pain in
my left hip that is really killing me. It was with any movement this
morning - now it almost with every heartbeat. Dunno!!
Thanks Gail and Connie for meeting with me. Connie bragged that the sun and
birds woke her up this a.m. while we’re traveling in the dark!!

I do feel bad that Jan and Gail had to drive 3 hrs and 2 1/2 hrs respectively
