School update
Meeting again today.
went well.
they’re still trying to push me into signing the papers.. tried a guilt trip
tactic today.. pretty pathetic if that’s all they got.
Jumping through hoops now to find a disability attorney.
I’ve been directed through 3 counties.
Now I’m waiting for the folks at the ST. Health Dept. to decide they should
maybe start answering their phones.
So I’m here, but between playing president, secretary, treasurer and
claimant I’m fairly busy.

Okay.. sure you people are all getting tired of this.. I know I am.
Turns out today, the school is not required by law to provide someone to do
the injections.
Although this may be a case where the school, depending on how many students
may need this sort of care, is understaffed and may need it own nurse.
However the RN has already informed me that they won’t be hiring anyone else
this year. I did find out yesterday that the school districts are allowed
along with the help of a state guidance manual, to write their own 504
compliance guidelines. How convenient
I feel like the victim of a year long bullshit and stall play. So
frustrating.
