Your pate made a pothole, huh?
What a NICE compliment - calling me lowfat. However, I’m about 25 pounds too
much. But, you’re a deer anyway.
Here’s a fairly good description of a DMer with pains:
Diagnosed with diabetes in 1970 at age 9; no complications.
Diagnosed with celiac sprue in 1986.
Arthritis, tendonitis, and general soft-tissue tightness consistent with
long-duration of disease process, managed with daily exercise, yoga and
weekly accupuncture and bodywork.
Continue to struggle with diet maintenance, particularly as
food-restrictions have continued to expand.
I believe it was from Becki. Maybe she still has it.
Don’t let this slide by (DM children’s needs for testing in school - or
anything else). Contact your STATE department of education, they can give
you the name of your region’s special needs advocate.
They’ll attend any meeting with you and are there for the benefit of
you and your child. Its free and , at least may bear as much weight
with school systems as threatening a lawsuit.
I guess we should be thankful for *crumbs* when we don’t get the whole
enchilada??
