Hypo symptoms

To help those who have never had a hypo, here are symptoms taken from my
BASH booklet. Boy, by the time Nov. comes I’ll have sent most of the stuff
in it. ;) Jan
PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS
Trembling, dizziness, pounding or rapid heartbeat, poor coordina- tion,
sweating, hunger, nausea. The diabetic may be unaware of the signs. People
who are close should detect these symptoms.

Difficulty concentrating, headache, visual aura (colored spot) or blurred
vision, extreme fatigue (including deep yawning), out-of- body sensation,
lightheadedness, out-of-character behavior.
EMOTIONAL SYMPTOMS

No, SIR, it’s because you live in Alaska and don’t like Florida.

I’d better explain that one for Everett: When a person sustains high BGs
(Alaska) and begins to maintain *normal* BGs (Florida) they can’t stand the
*weather.* After awhile, they love it in Florida and can’t stand the
freezing temps of Alaska. That’s an analogy of my endo.

You mean the froggy’s not cooked yet?
But I LIKE cold, heat is NOT my scene and b’sides, Florida gets
    hurricanes…
BTW methinks that other little whirly wind is starting its spittin’ on
us or maybe it’s my imagination. Hasn’t stopped raining for about
    two days now.
