I HAVE HAD IT!!!
These people that I work with are so childish it’s not even funny
anymore.
Our foreman hasn’t spoken to me since December last year,
completely ignores me. All because I DON’T approve of what they
are doing and don’t want to get involved in his little fraud scheme.
He told me once to book on duty and then to go home, they will
carry the shift, the following week will be his turn to do the same…
I refused, told him that he and Dawie can do it but to leave me out
of their little plans. Hasn’t spoken to me since, whenever Dawie
takes leave then it’s only myself and the foreman and I refuse to
stand in as foreman if he wants to go home early….
I’m quite proud of the fact that I’m hated because of what I believe
in.
Sometimes I feel like contacting our GWM and spilling the beans
but then I think I’ll leave them to do their own thing, they’ll pay for it
in some way.
Get’s my blood boiling, here I have to work my butt off for a few
pennies but because the other chap is in with a little fraud scheme
with the foreman, HE gets all the overtime to work.

Heard a preacher say once, “All God’s paydays aren’t in October.” If you
want a ’splanation, I’ll send one.

This farmer planted crops along with all the neighboring farmers. He wanted
to honor the Lord and make him prominent in his life. On Sundays he went to
church and the other farmers plowed and planted. Farmer Brown did all his
work the other 6 days. When it came harvest time, the others warned him that
he needed to work on Sundays to meet the deadlines. October is payday for
farmers when they get the harvest in. Farmer Brown said, “All God’s paydays
aren’t in October.” He stuck by his stuff and continued to honor the Lord.

M,
God never promised that life would be fair, only that he would be with us.
Try to keep that in mind, also that you have some USA friends that are very
proud of you.
