EPO nshot
Erythropoietin. It’s a hormone the kidneys give off and as they fail, it
diminishes. It causes the bone marrow to produce red blood cells. I get
8,800 units every other week and take 300mg Iron daily. Still very tired.
I’ve been seeing commercials for Procrit injections (same thing, also
Epotin) for women *who are tired - see your doctor about the shots.*
Doctors don’t just *give* them. I go to the chemotherapy clinic and they are
expensive. Don’t like paying for those expensive commercials!!!! Been
getting them for 5 years now.
