Let me introduce myself, I’m Jan and I know how to lecture. I’ll step in a
moment.
DO NOT go for a walk with a BG over 14 (240). Your liver will dump more
glucose into you and make you worse off. Please, sir, (oooppssss, SIR) get
some medical help!!! You can’t do this alone.
