    Hi Alan, I have been busy this week so just found out we have another
    male from South Africa. There are many questions and answers going on in
    this group and also a lot of joking and laughing. At times the emails
    seem over whelming but you can skim them and get the gest of what is
    going on. We are NEVER off topic because Diabetes is life for us. We
    deal with daily living and that means at time laughing and crying
    together. Welcome to the group..Becki
