choc
Hey - Light Bulb Alert:
Does chocolate trigger your migraines???????
I don’t think it would be wise for him to have me for dinner anyway.. as much chocolate etc.. I eat in a day, I’d likely be the end of him.

Not necessarily It can put me over the edge, but won’t just cause one.
I’m sorry, I haven’t talked about my chocoholism due to the fact that you folks are all sugar challenged. Will you love me anyway??
I also drink a *ton* of coffee. Its likely more the coffee than the chocolate.
Coffee and stress..the kids are driving me crazy. Lack of sleep I’m sure factors in there too..
I haven’t had a bad one in some time knock on wood, and there isn’t much I can do when I get one but go to bed.
On top of all I’m doing at the moment, I’m looking at joining the PTO on the 15th. Thinking it might give me some resources.. names etc, and a first hand view on the inside of how the whole school system/administration stuff works.
We’ll see.

Babs,
I’m gonna play doctor.
THE CAFFEINE IS KEEPING YOU AWAKE!! The chocolate also has a *drug* in it that is similar to caffeine. Whaddya mean, love you anyway? Did we say we did before you told on yourself? Oh, yeah, I guess we did. We love you anyway.
The Edy’s Butter Pecan Ice Cream I’m eating while typing this is sure good. So, my Rx: cut down on the coffee and chocolate, you’ll sleep better and have fewer headaches besides not as many frazzled nerves and stress.

I have come to the conclusion that chocolate/junk food must be the
reason I was getting the migrains, (although not as bad as Babs). And I
can not drink caffein past two in the afternoon if I want to sleep.

I was chatting with a friend and a waitress asked if I wanted coffee. I
said, “Yes.” Then an instant later said, “I don’t know why I said that since
I haven’t had a cup in my life and won’t start today.” I LOVE to smell
coffee, but it don’t taste thataway! I ruined a glass of milk once with a
little coffee in it. When I was a kid Mom bought 8 o’clock coffee and had to
grind it. I got to sit and smell the empty bag. Great. Even now when someone
is in the coffee aisle grinding, I linger (loiter, actually) around to take
advantage of the aroma. Now, when I spent a couple weeks in Houston with my
friend and she had Hazel Nut coffee every a.m. - that about made me sick to
smell. ewwww
I was told if I drink coffee to give it up. So I guess I saved myself that
deprivation.
