I suspect this would be one of those times when one from a certain state,
that was just poked fun at would step up to defend said state. And if those
bumper stickers hadn’t been true, I would.

Did you see him on the news last night barking out “Take me out to the ball
game” in Chicago?
Was his threat, come visit Minnesota or I’ll keep singing?
Down there trying to drum up some tourism. WHY? We don’t want tourists!

Jenny, I now live in Florida but my heart is still in the northland with
family and friends. I lived in Wisconsin the first 17 years of my life
than 18 years in Minnesota and the last 15 in Florida. Some of that cold
blood never leaves you. Many happy memories and good times with good
lifetime friends. Florida is more transit but I love it here now. Becki

Kelly, I lived in a small town called Barronette as a child then moved
to big Cumberland which is 1200 people then eventually before moving to
Minnesota we lived in Ashland by Lake Superior for 5 years. Mostly all
up in the northland area. Yes, we also had snow, snow, snow….it never
seemed to be anything else. Becki
